• A repair service representative works with you to identify whether the issue is with your Lenovo machine, other hardware, or software
• If the Lenovo machine is confirmed to be failing and non-functional, a service technician will visit your location unless the issue can be resolved via a Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) or software/BIOS/microcode update
• Onsite visit date and time are mutually agreed, and Lenovo will repair or exchange the failing machine at your location and verify functionality
